1. Purpose

1.1. We make use of state-of-the-art security mechanisms, including encryption when transferring sensitive information, including Personal Data, across the internet.

8.2. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to make any guarantees related to the security of any Information disclosed through your internet connection. Therefore, you accept the intrinsic security implications using the internet and Yggdrasil will accept no liability for any direct, consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive losses or damages arising out of such an occurrence.
