About the role

Change and incident management are key functions to ensure business continuity and development. The lead of this function plays a similar role as the person who conducts an orchestra. Focus is on our production systems, our customers as well as our internal users.

The primary responsibility is to lead and develop the company’s release, change and incident flows and processes.

Responsibilities: 

  • Leading and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of the processes & tools connected and related to change & incident management
  • Cooperation with respective teams, customers, and other stakeholders involved or affected by the change/incident
  • Creating and providing stakeholders and customers with detailed Root Cause Analysis documents
  • Identification of potential risks in changes as well as the development of plans to mitigate
  • Evaluation and ensuring the readiness for change
  • Support and management of the necessary communication activities related to the changes & incidents
  • Ensure 100% compliance across systems
  • Drive and follow through the Release Management lifecycle (scheduling, manage & coordinate product releases from multiple teams and/or products)
  • Optimize release and change management processes, and improve automation of workflows according to business and market needs
  • Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and compliant with applicable rules and regulations
  • Coordinate release content and effort based on the service request backlog, pending service requests, or operating system updates
  • Part of Quality Control in Release Management ensuring quality in all steps
  • Identify, implement, and report on Metrics for the functions
  • Managing major incidents from beginning to end
  • Reviews the efficiency and effectiveness of the Problem control process

Key Skills

  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience about change & incident management
  • Proven experience in optimizing Change & incident Management flows and processes
  • Documented experience working in a multi - regulated environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Understanding of development processes, product & customer lifecycle
  • Proficiency in English
  • Familiar with development & business supporting tools
  • Preferably background from development or QA
  • Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus
  • High sense of responsibility and ownership
