About the role

Yggdrasil's partner programme is rapidly growing and we therefore need to strengthen our muscles to help secure our position as the most relevant, and valuable partner of choice for sourcing, onboarding and commercializing our YG Master´s gaming content. In this role you will proactively drive commercial and operational excellence through partner management, with purpose to maximize player retention and revenue generation, and strengthening Yggdrasil’s competitive edge and market position with” global and local” Master partners, thus ensuring short- as well as long-term revenue growth objectives.  

OBJECTIVES

  • Responsible for the execution of YG Master´s content strategy 
  • Based on the strategic direction set by the company, develop a growth strategy for YG Master’s focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders for maximizing the competitiveness of Yggdrasil Master´s Global Games roadmap, market and customer share of wallet opportunities
  • ROI responsibility for the Yggdrasil Master´s program, ensure efficiency and quick TTM and commercialization of the Yggdrasil Master´s program roadmap
  • Build strong and long-lasting relationships with partners & customers 
  • Identify, and drive opportunity discussions with strategic YG master´s program partners on global and local level and with internal stakeholders
  • Have strong working relationships with strategic content partners, and will carry out regular performance review meetings and document supplier information and capabilities
  • Close cooperation with key stakeholders to enhance content partner onboarding processes and methods resulting in fast commercialization with maintained quality.
  • Key stakeholder in overseeing the onboarding process of new partners, initiate and follow through handovers to key stake holding functions   
  • Full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Yggdrasil masters partner program; manage YG Master´s records of contracts, game orders, invoices, asset sharing sites, delivered quality, timelines etc to ensure adherence to established standards, rules and guidelines
  • Overlook the quality assurance of content partner in light of company compliance & licensing requirements, policies, and ethical standards
  • Responsible for the after-sales support to both commercial and to partners
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing YG Masters partners
  • Perform content GAP portfolio analysis over key growth markets, 
  • Provide sourcing recommendations, and ensure execution planning, leading to successful closure of strategic content partners 
  • Communicate the sourcing strategy and desired results to stakeholders and business partners to ensure commitment to execution.

 

Key Skills

  • +4 years experience working in similar role within the iGaming industry
  • Experience managing partners/B2B clients
  • Proven track record in growing an existing partner portfolio and in achieving established revenue targets as-well as high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to develop strategic working relationships with partners and customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven competence in negotiating
  • Possess excellent presentation skills 
  • Experience drafting proposals
